The SGC (Strategic Gaming Club) is comprised of members who are either students, alumni, or staff at the California State University, San Marcos. This club currently allows all gaming systems (computer and non-computer) which require some kind of tactical, strategic, or problem solving skills.

This club was formed to allow its members to play games, especially computer games, in accordance with school policy and to promote competition and good sportsmanship among its members while heightening their critical thinking and strategic skills.
