Mission Statement

The purpose of Sigma Iota Epsilon is twofold:

To encourage and recognize scholastic excellence and to promote cooperation between the academic and practical aspects of management.

Vision

Our vision is for SIE to become a well known networking arena for business students, faculty, alumni and professionals. Members of SIE will create relationships with professionals of respectable businesses and invite managers to be guest speakers at events and meetings. Major events shall be organized to increase interaction of the SIE Honorary Management Fraternity with management professionals in San Diego County. Membership growth and participation is key to achieving this vision.
