SIE unites the business students of California State University, San Marcos together on professional and social levels.

WHO ARE WE?

SIE is a student organization open to all majors & is dedicated to providing leadership experience and skills necessary to prepare students for management-related activities in any field.

SIE provides opportunities to:

Network with practicing managers
Develop skills through seminar and speaker sponsored events
Explore career options
Give back to the community through service efforts
Meet new people and most of all have fun and be social!

Our Mission is to Motivate future managers by providing leadership opportunities, professional insight, community service and social involvement.

What are the requirements to join SIE?

SIE is a co-ed fraternity that does not “rush” a candidate to accept them into society. SIE believes that your interest and personal accountability to be the determining factor of membership.

SIE has two forms of membership:

1. National Members

-Recognized throughout the National SIE Organization
-Will be granted honorary SIE stoles for graduation

The requirements are:

Currently enrolled in the College of Business Administration
3.25 GPA or higher
Active Participation

2. Associate Member

-Recognized within the CoBA of CSUSM only
-May participate and attend SIE events

The requirements are:

Currently enrolled in CSU San Marcos, any major may apply.

* * * Associate Members may transfer to the National level once specified requirements are met. * * *
