Write to your penpal and talk about the following subjects:

• An introduction of yourself
• What you are doing in the United States
• Length of time you have been here
• Where you live
• What you like to do on the weekends
• Your favorite ESL subject & why
• Activities you have been enjoying (or not enjoying) since you came to the U.S.
• Where you lived as a child
• Your family
• What you were doing before you came to the U.S.
• What you are planning to do when you finish studying English

This email message must utilize the simple present, simple past, present continuous, past continuous, present perfect, present perfect continuous, and future tenses.

Also, you must use the following time expressions: at the moment, ___ days/years from now, ago, while, so far, since.

Certainly, you are free to tell your penpal more than this information, but at least include the information above so that you penpal will have a good idea of who you are and what you are like.
