Colorado Street Bridge, Pasadena

At the end of March, 2003, a friend and I went out to Pasadena (Ca) to photograph the Colorado Street Bridge.  Both of us had noticed the bridge at various times from the nearby I-210 freeway, but had not examined it closely.   What makes the bridge noticeable to me is its overall grace, the detail in the trim, and the color.  Hopefully these pictures capture that.  For more on the bridge, just search using the title at the top of this page -- the Vintageviews website has an interesting postcard picture of the bridge from the 20's
