The antecedents and consequences of interpersonal
trust between manager and subordinate; customer and service provider.
The linkage of organizational metrics and assessments with vitally-important organizational outcomes. The construction of "online" trust. The relationship between organizational culture and interpersonal trust. Organizational culture as brand equity. The creation of "sticky" organizational cultures. Service provider responses to different service delivery mechanisms.
