GEM 100 Mathematical Ideas (3) Basic mathematical concepts such as logic, number theory, number systems, algebra, geometry, functions, graphs, counting methods, probability, and statistics together with related cultural and historical perspectives. Counts towards the fulfillment of the lower-division General Education requirement in Mathematics/Quantitative Reasoning. Prerequisite: Completion of the Entry-Level Mathematics (ELM) requirement.
